Nathan Burnett created six channels along the Congaree River together with his own money and some assist from DNR, the City associated with West Columbia and nearby contractors. WEST COLUMBIA, T. The town of west Columbia got care of the metal content, contractors donated the PVC tubes and he bought the particular plaques on the bottom from the stations. “I had to get in touch with DNR and get these peel off stickers for them, and they sent me personally those, and I bought all of the stainless bolts and cleaners and concrete, ” Nathan said.
