Following a two year break due to the pandemic, the South Carolina Philharmonic is bringing back the signature food and wine sampling event in late March. The big event, Tasting Notes, features greater than a dozen local restaurants — from downtown’s Bourbon in order to Elgin’s Ratio — which usually serve samples of their meals at the event which are after that paired with different wines.
