The 25th-ranked Gamecocks have now won six straight SEC matches after Sunday’s win over Missouri in the final home match of the season.
COLUMBIA, S.C. — The 25th-ranked South Carolina women’s tennis team won its sixth consecutive SEC match with Sunday’s 4-0 victory over Missouri.
Carolina took the double point after all three matches went down to the wire with the Gamecocks winning two of the three doubles matches to secure that 1-0 lead.
From there, the Gamecocks won three singles matches to win the match 4-0.
It was Senior Day at the Carolina Tennis Center as Ana Cruz was honored prior to the start of the match.
