Midland coaches will be working in the 77th annual Touchstone Energy Cooperatives Bowl

Five Midlands coaches will be serving as assistant coaches for the annual North-South All-Star Game in Myrtle Beach coming up in December.

COLUMBIA, S.C. — The 77th annual Touchstone Energy Cooperatives Bowl is set for Saturday, Dec. 7 at Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium and coaches from the Midlands and  the surrounding area will be working the game as assistant coaches.

Working on the staff for the South All-Stars are head coaches Derek Howard from Ridge View, Shane Fidler from Airport, and Cedrick Jeter from Newberry. Westwood assistant Mark McClain has been tabbed to work the game as a South team assistant.

Batesburg-Leesville head football coach Greg Lawson will be working as an assistant coach for the North team.

Powdersville’s Robert Muster is the North team head coach while Ed Susi from Battery Creek is the South team head coach.
