Lexington County man charged along with killing stepson who lent car

Based on Sheriff Jay Koon, both men had a ‘long-running family members dynamic’ that preceded Sunday’s violence. LEXINGTON COUNTY, Ersus. C. — A Lexington County man has been caught and charged with the homicide of his stepson. Based on the Lexington County Sheriff’s Section, deputies responded to a capturing on Sunday in the a hundred block of Landfill Street where they found the 52-year-old man, Brian Garris. Investigators believe that Garris, who have died of his injuries, had been shot by their 71-year-old Carl Sims. Based on Sheriff Jay Koon, the 2 men had a “long-running family members dynamic” that preceded Sunday’s violence. “The latest difference between them centered on Garris asking for Sims’ vehicle last night, inch the sheriff added. Researchers said the two men resided adjacent to one another. Sims is currently being held at the Lexington County Jail awaiting the bond hearing for the homicide charge secured against your pet.
