The particular victim was found about 2 a. m. plus died at an area medical center. Police are hoping occupants may have seen something or even may have security video from the suspects. LEXINGTON, S. Chemical. — One man can be dead in an early morning capturing in Lexington that briefly led to a shelter-in-place advisory for residents of the house complex where it occurred, Saturday. Town of Lexington Police said the capturing happened around 2 the. m. at Lauren Shape Apartments off of Augusta Street. When police arrived, these people found a man outside within the stairway of one of the house buildings with a gunshot injury to the upper body. And while officials did attempt to help the person as they waited for Lexington County Emergency Medical Providers, he died after becoming taken to an area hospital. Depending on their initial investigation, law enforcement believe the incident had been isolated and a request for residence residents to shelter in position has been lifted. Now, most are asking apartment residents who had been either there that early morning – or who may have protection video that could help the particular investigation – to come forwards.
