The vacant building also captured fire on Bull Road, officials said. COLUMBIA, Ersus. C. — Columbia-Richland Fireplace Department officials say houses were damaged by individual fires that happened within Richland County on Weekend morning. The first of the fire happened around 1: thirty a. m. on Recreation area Shore Drive West northern of Columbia. According to the spokesperson for the department, the home was heavily damaged yet there were no injuries documented. Authorities didn’t know particularly how many people live in the house but said that multiple individuals appear to have been displaced. One more house fire was documented much later around ten: 30 a. m. upon Martin Carter Road within Hopkins. Fire officials stated the fire started in the bed room area. No one was hurt in this fire either. Even though not involving a home, Columbia-Richland firefighters soon found by themselves at yet another fire close to 11 a. m., this involving a vacant developing along Bull Street. Nobody was reported injured within the fire or the response. The particular Richland County Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the reason for all three fires.
