I went here today for the first time with my sister to celebrate her birthday. I was pretty overwhelmed with the menu and we never went to a restaurant like this where we had to cook our own food. Our waitress was soooooo helpful. She explained the options we had, there was a cool app that helped us time the meat that we were cooking, and everything was absolutely delicious. The manager stopped by our table to check on us, which added a special touch. I ordered the Surf and Turf, my sister ordered The Classic, and then we had the Turtle Fondue for dessert. At first it didn’t seem like a lot of food, but by the time we got done with the entrées, we were about to explode. We ended up taking the desert home and enjoying it later. We definitely will be coming back in the future and I highly recommend. It was a yummy and fun experience.

I recently dined at this location for a late Valentine's/anniversary dinner with my boyfriend, and I wanted to share our experience. We were a few minutes late due to traffic, and upon arrival, we requested a two-burner setup. The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating, and we were very thankful for that.
Once we placed our order and the server brought out our cheese, the burner took an unusually long time to heat the cheese up. It had to be over 10 minutes. The server became visibly frustrated and started mixing the cheese in a sloppy manner. I kindly suggested moving the pot to the other burner, but she insisted it wouldn’t make a difference. As a result, we were left with watery unmixed cheese that was far from done. The server stated she would check on us later, but we waited a while without any follow-up. As time passed, we decided to take matters into our own hands and mixed the cheese ourselves on the other burner. It took some time, but it eventually came together. I found this very disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering we were paying for the experience.
About an hour and a half into our entrée, my boyfriend mentioned that he wasn't particularly fond of the steak. We waited for some time for our server to check in with us, and when she finally did, she assured us that she would bring a manager to our table. Unfortunately, after more than 30 minutes without any sign of a manager, we felt ignored. Eventually, we flagged down a different server who assisted us. The manager came over and expressed that he wished we had voiced our concerns earlier, which we tried to do. We didn’t expect anything and didn’t want to inconvenience anyone; we simply inquired if a substitution would be possible. He seemed annoyed and said “I don’t wanna say yes but I’ll do it anyway”. Nevertheless, he brought out a substitution for the steak, and we were grateful. He ended up being the one to bring us dessert to go, close our check, and say goodbye to us.
Throughout the evening, our original server checked on us infrequently and did not provide quality service, which is unacceptable considering we paid over $100 for dinner and it was our anniversary. This was our first visit to this location, and sadly, it left us feeling extremely disappointed.

We came to celebrate a big business deal. Everything was great! The kids had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent. Our server, Jordan, was great. They even had our favorite wine, Inkblot. We cannot wait to come back for a date night without the kids. I highly recommend it for special occasions.
