Dr. Vaughan and his staff are super friendly and they really care about your oral health. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Dr. Vaughn and his staff have a whole vibe and every part of your experience, from start to finish is patient centered. It is easy to make an appointment - you can even do it through text. You are greeted by name when you walk in the door and I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be called back. Massage while you have your teeth cleaned? Yes! They have massage exam chairs and each exam room has a window letting in natural light. Dr. Vaughn is like a ball of energy and you can hear him laughing before he enters the room. He listens to your concerns and lays out treatment options should you need them, taking time to explain in patient friendly terms and to answer any and every question you may have. He is conscientious when it comes to cost as well. You know when you leave the office that he recommended the best option for you, not the best option for his profit. After almost 30 years of bandaid fixes (from other providers) for some of my dental issues, Dr. Vaughn worked with me to come up with a treatment plan to actually correct the issue and prevent future costly treatments. I actually am looking forward to my next appointment!

We have been coming to Sunset Dental for years. We love Dr. Vaughn and the entire staff. They are so kind and accommodating. Our kids absolutely love going. We have never had a problem.

Hands down the best dental experience available. Take it from a guy that avoided the dentist at all costs up until this place opened and I have yet to have one bad experience here. If you're from Lexington, you know what its like to do business with folks that are more like friends and family than a business transaction...this is just that place!! I am a patient for life!!! Highly recommend to all.
