My visit at Simply Smile was top tier! The patient care is outstanding. I felt welcomed and cared for throughout my entire visit. ALL of the staff members were amazing! Great customer service, they are a very happy dental family. Very nice and quick. And they give detailed information and answers all of your questions. I love this place. My daughters come here. And they love it as well. Toddler friendly!!!

My son is absolutely petrified from his experience here. My son was already nervous and scared. During the procedure he started freaking out and instead of trying to calm him appropriately Two of the women who were assisting told him to shut up while he was calling for me. I initially took him to get a broken tooth fixed in 2023, this is what this visit was for and they did not even fix the tooth i brought him in for in the first place. The lady who had told him to shut up had come out to discuss the teeth being fixed, i asked about the tooth that was broken because in the photos shown to me of which they were fixing did not seem to be the one we went for (the broken tooth). She gave me no information based on that tooth and it being fixed. After the whole visit was over he came out pouring sweat, freaking out and looked me in my eyes with fear after the lady had walked away and told me how she and another lady told him to shutup! I asked them after looking in his mouth why the tooth he had come for wasnt fixed and she said because medicaid didnt cover it because it had already been previously filled. So instead of letting me know and i could have paid out of pocket they just didnt fix it or even say anything to me about it or gave me any options. They also told him infront of me they would put tv on for him in the room to help him feel comfortable. My son said they turned absolutely nothing on. I found wild smiles pediatric specialist to avoid these kinds of situations for him and this is where wild smiles referred us to because they didnt do the work needed. Absolutely disappointing and disgusting that this is the way they treat children who are scared. An absolute disgrace. God Will handle them according. And i dont look forward to the soppy, load of bull, sorry behind " im sorry " they'll put in response to this so they appear to be kinder than what they are and pretend to be sorry about how they treated my son. So here we are going to another dentist office to get this tooth pulled because uts gotten so bad and i have to talk him up and help comfort him in the way i can to help him not panic for this appointment. If you have kids who are scared dont bring them here

Dr. Dailey is AWESOME! She covered all of my concerns and gave me a treatment plan to cover not only my needs but budget! Thanks to Tia and Autumn for their professionalism and commitment to making sure I was taken care of! 10⭐️’s!
