Cleanings are fine here. Went many times over 3 years. Dental work on the other hand, I could give this a 0 stars I would. I asked for a 28 year old filling to be replaced. They sat me in my seat and put the dental block in my mouth. 10 minutes went by and the assistance started to get antsy and was asking other Dentists if they could take over. They could not. Another five minutes rolls around and Doctor Daily started working on my mouth without introducing herself, and without speaking to me. At the end of my procedure only 25% of that filling was replaced and I was appalled. I was upset and let her know that I wanted the entirety of it replaced fast-forward a year and a half and I’ve had pain every single day since then. I called today to see if I could see another doctor and the receptionist (Morina) told me that I had to see the same dentist again Or insurance would not cover it. After she became short with me, I asked to speak to the manager and she said the manager will not be there for another 3 hours today. I asked for the manager‘s last name and she refused to give it to me. I took my children off the books. We will never be coming back.

If I can give 0 star I would. Unprofessional was there 2.5 years relocate to NC missed 1 appointment they dismissed me. The old doctor there did a crown for me I paid 2200 for it he used a defective, glue crown came off(,they admitted it was defective. I lost it swallow it,not sure.i complained fussed and yet almost 2 years later no apologies. I had to pay and 785 to have a duplicate crown which was there mistake for defective glue. Recently had to go to a Dr here in Charlotte because again crown came off. Old doctor needs to retire. Ok and you that dismissed me with no apologize for your practice mistake. That's the problem they don't want to admit there incompetent .I hate stupid ignorance people. You are wrong I don't care what you say you. Ignorance is not a bliss. Stay away from that practice period. Wrong is WRONG

This place is NOT in network with TRICARE (United Concordia) even when they claim Tricare will pay a percentage, you will end up getting a bill. Just awful. It’s always hard as a military family to find a new anything when you PCS, and unfortunately this place did not make it pleasant. First I go in for a toothache, which I was booked pretty fast for so that’s the only good thing, to then be told after X-rays to book a 2 month out appointment for a deep clean. I book the deep cleaning, (was over $400 with TRICARE still covering a percentage) 2 months out, pay in full the day of the clean and the hygienist is clueless as to why I was there and why did they book me for a full mouth cleaning that day. He was completely unaware that I was in pain. I just said I’m not sure, but I paid already because the dentist said this is what I needed. After more X-rays the hygienist needed to take, he said he was going to do half my mouth, as he had another patient appointment shortly after. There just wasn’t any time. Then I had to wait another 2 months to be seen for my left side to be cleaned, and during that time there was only 1 dentist so the whole schedule was behind leaving me to still be sitting at the lobby 30 minutes after my appointment. On top of that when I was about to check in, the receptionist tried to still charge me $200 something that I “owed” and only after I said I paid in full a while ago did she check further to see that I had indeed paid everything. And for future patients, because I will never ever return here, it is extremely inappropriate to be watching SNL while not only giving anesthesia but also while cleaning a patient’s mouth. As I sat there vulnerable with my mouth open and numb, I felt like I was in someone’s house who just so happened to clean teeth as he watched TV. Get your facility in order, seriously.
