I am very happy with the service. They are very professional and prompt with time. I gave it a four because the new doctor is very good at what he does but a little on the rough side. I had some work done and my tooth and surrounding areas are still sore after a week and usually within two days I’m sore free. With a little bit more tenderness from his side this is a great dental place. Thank you.

I have been coming to this office for 7 years and it has always been a pleasure. I went in for my cleaning and found out that the doctor was no longer there, but the team is still there, and they are phenomenal!! This team is very professional, and the clinical staff Cynthia and Crystal are amazing hygienist. I am SUPER EXCITED about the new office that is being built on Hardscrabble rd. right around the corner from the old office and can't wait for it to open. Again, if you're looking for a great dental office, where everyone knows your name and it's a family friendly environment, you have to visit Rice Creek Family Dentistry. We will miss Dr. Jackson, but they have two great doctors coming to join this great team and I can't wait for the new office and new doctors to come.

Great and friendly staff! I felt welcomed and valued the moment I walked in on my first visit.. They were very patient and took the time to explain my insurance and plan of action. Thank you! Looking forward to my next visit.. Never thought I would say that about going to the dentist.lol

The most unprofessional staff ever. The receptionist, when I walked in, instead of saying hello, may I have your name, she just yells out "name". I give her my name and she tells me to have a seat they'll be with me shortly. I get finished with my appointment and I'm on the way out the door and she's trying to be condescending by telling me to have a great day. You didn't even speak to me when I came in. How do you want me to have a great day? The manager is non-existent and corporate is no help at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid this office at all cost. I was a patient for at least the last 8 years and had to leave because of this new staff they have. The turnover with staff is ridiculous as well. Every time I go there's a new set of staff. The billing office is horrible and they always mess up with billing as well. They will overcharge you and then tell you that they are putting a credit on your account. I don't need a credit on my account, I need my refund the same way I paid you. I referred a few people to this office and all of them have left and said the same thing. They love the doctor and hate the staff. Dr Jackson is a wonderful dentist and once he leaves this practice, I will follow him.

My anxiety was up too the heavens. I never experienced a dentist who ease my mind while having an extraction. I recommend all to visit him very pleasant staff too!
