Patti is so amazing and so so great at her job as a dental hygienist. I was very nervous for my deep cleaning and Patti put me right to ease she explained everything and went slow, but I've never had a cleaning that did not truly hurt and when I left the chair I had no pain or hurt gums. All I can say is how Wonderful of a job Patti did and now I'm not afraid or scared to go back thank you Patti for all you do for your patients. I would also like to add that the girls up front also for an amazing job working with the insurance companies and greeting all the patients and checking them in and out. Thank you for all you girls do too.

They were nice and did good work, but did not listen to me. Told them my dentist retired and was looking for a new one. I was seeing another dentist who was not in my insurance plan and had to pay for everything. Also told them he was near retirement. They repaired 2 damaged teeth and replaced a filling on two visits. The 3rd visit was for a root canal to a crown. They did it, but did not fill it. Just put a temporary filling in. It could have been done while I was there and numb, but was told I had to schedule a full oral exam and x-rays before they would fill it. Was told they did not want to fill it in consideration of my current dentist. They were my current dentist, but not now. I even told them I wanted 2 new crowns and an implant and was bringing my wife as a new patient, because I liked their work. Had they listened to me they would have gained a lot of business from me, my family and friends. Not now.

They did a complete set of X-rays and an oral exam but then said they found periodontal diseases and wouldn't do a regular cleaning. I could however come out of pocket for $292 (my portion after insurance) and have a deeper periodontal cleaning. While also telling me that was only needed on a few areas so it would be cheaper than doing the deep cleaning on all of the teeth. Truly left there feeling like I had wasted time and money. Also, made me wonder how many others they'd told they couldn't do a "regular" cleaning on so they could charge more money.

I had a great experience at Red Bank smiles. When I first walked in I was pleasantly greeted by Key Key. A few moments later I was introduce to Juan who did my x-rays. Juan was very professional and courteous. I was then brought to my room and greeted by Dr. Dubois and her assistant Melodie. Dr. Dubois did a terrific job explaining the treatments that needed to be done to fix my teeth. After meeting with the dentist, Amy came in to discuss my treatment plan and fees. Amy did a great job at explaining to me what my options and out-of-pocket expense would be. I can't believe they were able to treat me and get me out of pain so quickly in the same visit. I am looking forward to returning to Red Bank smiles for the rest of my treatment. I would highly recommend them!!!! Thank you!!!!

Our experience was wonderful!!! Everyone was so professional, kind, and caring. I absolutely would recommend this dental office to everyone!!! All of the staff went out of their way to make sure that all of our dental needs were met.
You were just a dental office when we began our first day, but by the end of our appointment you were family!!!
