Worst experience of my life with a botched dental implant that put me in the hospital for 2 days with a bad infection. They completely missed placed and completely missed the bone with the implant. VERY PAINFUL!! Implant was placed May 20, 2025.

*****Beware******The issue I had was with the red headed receptionist who refused to check me in stating I HAD to check in on my phone. She continued to send me texts telling me to check in and create an account. It could not be done on my phone. I advised her to check me in as she was making me late for my appointment. She stated I had to check in on the phone and she could not check me in. Then she proceeded to tell me they would send a number to my phone which would have to be used to check in on an IPad. She stated she would give me my receipt but did not and then I had to ask for a receipt from another receptionist who stated it was on my phone. I said yes it was but I need the paper print out for my taxes. I guess I am supposed to copy my phone receipt for my tax advisor PS that is not accepted. If you do not want your phone number used to conduct your business the red headed receptionist WILL make you use your phone.*****
I searched my dental plan for a dental clinic and happy I found them. I had a number of things that had to be taken care of and have been in 4 times with 2 additional visits pending. I can get everything done at one clinic. The care has been great for my issues.

This is an absolutely terrible dentist. Gave a star because the girls helping the dentist were great. The black lady who must be the dentist came in like a whirlwind. I tried to ask some questions about flossing and she refused to take her hands out of my mouth so I wasnt able to speak. After the 4th attempt I asked my question and got some automatic response. It was like being a head of cattle. Zero feeling. After she finished the cleaning, I very suddenly and with no explanation or warning whatsoever had a thick, sticky liquid in my mouth. When I was finally able to ask the question, what is this stuff ? She said it was Fluoride. I said i dont support the use of flouride, and didnt want it in my mouth, and she rudley commented that I absolutely needed it amd it was too late. I do not support the forced usage of Fluoride in our public drinking water, and only drink from a well. This was a very bad experience and I would recommend going to a dentist that actually cares about people and there wishes.

Red Banks does a fantastic job helping me understand what I need to do to keep my dental hygiene top tier. Patti, the hygienist gives me the best advice. I've been going here for 4 years!

The staff was nice but I thought it was odd that you paid for service before the procedure. After my appointment I was informed that I needed a root canal. I went to another dentist and had the work performed and saved almost $900. They are way overpriced! I can't help to wonder how much money I would have saved at my dentist now for the cavity. It will probably just anger me more & better not to know.
