The ease of setting an appointment online was easy and they called to confirm the appointments within a couple of hours. My two sons have both seen Dr. Hayden and she was very professional. She was gentle and informative and made them feel comfortable. The entire staff were friendly upon entering and leaving and we will definitely make them our primary!

My 1st impression of the dentist office was positive but there have been so many questionable interactions that my family and I will not return! The front office staff is horrible and whoever the office manager is needs to do better with those under their leadership. They will charge you for full services based on what they “think” your insurance won’t cover! I had a credit of almost $400 on my account until I realized it and demanded a refund. They will schedule and confirm appointments and then lie about explaining services covered and not covered. There is no consideration for your time and trying to explain anything to them is pointless. Don’t accept their word, call your insurance company yourself so you aren’t caught off guard! Sad because the dentists are great but there is incompetent front office staff that will make you not want to return!

The lady at the front desk is awesome. Sorry I don’t remember her name but she has long hair lol. The doctor that numbed me had definitely done this before. This is the part I dread the most but he was AMAZING!!! I hardly felt anything!! One of the assistants was very rough ( sorry I don’t know anyone name). Overall the experience was good considering.

I went here as a new patient and was told my exam and x-rays were covered on my insurance. A couple of weeks later I receive an explanation of benefits from my insurance company showing the total for that day was over $1300.00. With my portion being $401.00. No one told me beforehand about any of the charges for my visit that day. Besides that the hygienist was very rude and very rough with the procedure she was doing. I will not be paying this bill for charges I never agreed to. Do Not go here unless you want high dental bills with no prior knowledge or explanation.

I quit going here 2 years ago. They put veneers on my two top front teeth and charged my Insurance for crowns. The dentist office said to me same thing, well it is not. I go to another more reputable dentist office now. I had to pay out of pocket for a crown on the front. The other veneer broke off and now I have to pay for another crown because this office clearly are not charging correctly and they know it. Run from this practice. This office had already charged my insurance for crown and my insurance will not pay twice for crowns within a certain amount of time on the same teeth.

I wish I would have read ratings and comments before making an appointment. The worst dental consultation I have ever received. Just read everyone else's comments, I don't have the energy left to explain in detail. It was my first appt. and my last. Not helpful. At. All. When they say, "limited consultation", you can believe that. Apparently that translates to 2 minutes of poking your teeth with a pick, relaying you need 3 teeth out, and saying "any questions". An intelligent conversation about what needs to be done, what can be done, how to treat pain, etc . is not included. Just an eye roll, a snarky laugh and an "as I said, you have 3 teeth that need to come out. What do you want to do?" They aren't going to care or miss me as a patient, so this rating is pointless. The girl who did my xrays was the exception. She was polite, professional and talked to me like a human being. To RBD: don't bother with your standard, "we value your feedback, please call us" BS response. I won't.
