Came in weeks ago about my brakes. Come to find out the rotors and brake pads needed changing, so that’s what they did. Came back again because I started hearing noise from the rear after they worked on it. On yesterday i was on the way to work and my whole tire came off while the car was in motion! We could have died!! It’s damage to my car now. My lug nuts were loose and so were the lug nuts on the passenger side tire also! I called and was told the guy that helped fixed my car (BRAD) is fired. Was told I’ll get a call back and never did. My lawyer is aware of this situation. (Update) Precision Auto Tune says it’s nothing they can do because I waited to long before the tire came off. How would I know the lugs were loose if y’all supposedly FIXED THE PROBLEM? They’re saying it’s my fault my tire came off!

2 weeks ago I decided to make the huge mistake of letting Walmart do my oil change while I was shopping. I came home and less than an hour there was oil everywhere. I won’t go into details of the back and forth with them but I decided to take my van up the road to this shop & Rachel has definitely regained a life long customer! Not only did they explain thoroughly what Walmart did wrong but also found and fixed another issue that could have been potentially a huge problem down the road. Rachel kept with me every step of the way, communicated wonderfully, & really worked with me to get everything fixed. My van is how I make a living and these last 2 weeks have definitely been rough but no matter how discouraged and stressed out I got Rachel’s overall amazing attitude and understanding really helped with the whole situation. She has really turned the entire shop around and I highly encourage everyone to take any issues with their vehicle to Precision Auto Tune. No matter what you’ve heard or experienced in the past this shop being under new management deserves a fair chance in the community. In the 2 weeks I’ve been using their services again I can 100% say I’ve seen/ experienced Rachel go above and beyond to not only regain the communities trust but also put her all into helping anyone that walks through those doors and do every thing in her power to right the wrongs that the previous “management” did to past customers. I’m very happy to have my van back and I’m so grateful for everything Rachel & her techs have done over the last 2 weeks to get
me safely back on the road…😁👍

These guys are amazing. I was able to get in the same day I called and they located the issue rather quickly. I was also able to get my car repaired the same day. Phenomenal work. The repair itself costed less than what I expected as well. Will definitely be coming here from now on

Great experience! This shop was thorough and honest. They could have started throwing parts at the problem but instead the kept test and troubleshooting till they figured out the issue. They saved me lots of money in the process and didn't charge me more for the diagnostic time. Great service in the shop and at the desk. VERY PLEASED!

Had a wonderful time today. Rachel was really nice in helping me. I rely lime the environment there now. It's not so rushed and e everything was explained to me as my car service for the day.
