I am proud to share this review of my local Mavis store.
Recently I purchased a used pick-up, (2019 Ramm 1500 classic) and had some immediate concerns. (Right front tire bounced like a basketball while driving)
I stopped into my local store the day before X-mas, (X-Mas eve and a Sunday!) surprised they were even open, but my truck was having serious issues.
Dean and the guys welcomed me in, and immediately took very good care to resolve my issue.
I then returned with more concerns about a week later, they diligently reviewed my concerns but found no issues. They walked me through the inspection, (in process) showed me their findings, (or lack there of...) and got me back on the road without charge.
Just last weekend, i stopped in again with more concerns. Dean once again welcomed me in and immediately put me at ease, got my truck in the shop and put Jayson to work.
Not two hours later, Jayson had replaced both front wheel bearing hub assemblies, and at my request, replaced both rotors and installed new brake pads. Once again getting me back on the road sooner than I expected. With the continued professional, courteous, diligent, prompt and efficient service i have received at this store, I am happy to recommend them to anyone who will listen.
I am grateful, if not a little impressed by Jayson, Dean and the rest of the guys at Mavis tire and Brakes. (Irmo, SC)

My back left tire was completely flat after being driven over a nail that got stuck in it. It was in a spot where they used a patch kit to fix it. Much cheaper than buying a new tire. I haven't had any issues since then. It was a good price too. $24.99 + Tax.

Excellent service!!!!!!! I got my back tires replaced here and I was very pleased with the service I received. Customer service was excellent and I hardly had to wait anytime for it to be completed. I was assured that if I had any problems afterwards that I would be taken care of. I will be back for future tire purchases!!!!

Dean and the team at this Mavis are great! Stopped by this Mavis store with no appointment. They got me checked in, and got my tires balanced in 15 minutes at a great price. Highly recommend this location! I appreciate yall!

Dean and crew are honest, dependable, and highly skilled. I’ve been quite a few times and they’ve taken care of me. I was in a bind today with a tire issue and they quickly addressed it. I highly recommend these guys. Thank you!
