I recently had my car serviced at the Mavis Tires on N Woodrow St and was extremely impressed with the service. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained the necessary repairs, provided an honest estimate, and completed the work on time. I was pleased by the thoroughness in inspecting my vehicle, their willingness to answer all my questions, and the waiting area being very clean. I highly recommend Mavis Tires on N Woodrow St.

Michelle was awesome! From the time I entered until I left, she was knowledgeable, personable, helpful, kind and full of smiles. If I had any questions she was right there to answer them. Actually, the entire staff was great and I can tell they have a great working environment. Even though my tire wasn’t able to be patched, the tech showed me the issue & explained everything thoroughly. I really appreciate the feedback he gave and the options that were offered. Usually I go to another particular Mavis, as it is closer to my work, but I look forward to coming back to this particular location! Thanks again Michelle & staff!

The absolute worst place to take your car! The people here never do what they say they will but are always quick to try to up charge for every little thing. These are sales people not decent mechanics. Do NOT trust them with your car! I learned this lesson years ago and when we needed tires and sensors done quickly this weekend they were the only ones with an availability. Obviously they were the only ones an available because they are trash quality. Instant regret on this decision because they once again failed to deliver on the most simple task.

Wonderful service. Had to go there late evening for my elderly mom car. I am only in town tonight to handle and they got me in and fixed tire issue quickly.
