I'm absolutely thrilled with the service I received at Mavis! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The staff, especially Rob, went above and beyond to ensure my experience was smooth and efficient. They were quick, efficient, and didn't try to upsell me on any unnecessary services. The prices were very reasonable, and the quality of the work was outstanding. I highly recommend Mavis to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable tire shop!

must say that I am very impressed with this mavis location! the manager rob was very respectful, generous and all around a down to earth person! I would recommend this location to anybody in the surrounding area or just in general! the service was not only fast but Efficient too! the guys know what they are doing! rob kept checking in with me and keeping me updated on my vehicle and also checked other parts of my car to make sure it wasnt any issues! I must say they exceeded my expectations and I will be back! please check out this location in irmo and ask for the manager rob!

My dad went to go get his tires changed and said his experience was nothing short of amazing. They gave him great rates, were quick and efficient all while being professional and friendly. We thought we were going to have to pick him up in the time it would take them to do the service but they were done before we even pulled up! Excellent customer service and smooth from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend them for your tire and brake needs. David and the whole team get the job done and go above and beyond for their customers, Thanks so much for taking care of him!

I’ve spent a lot of money on tires here over the years and been happy overall. However, today my college-aged daughter went here for an oil change on a 2012 Toyota Camry and was charged $110 after applying a $20 discount coupon. So they’re charging $130 for a basic oil change with no tire rotation or any other services. I get better prices on oil changes at my dealership. It’s sad to see this Irmo Mavis taking advantage of young girls who don’t know any better. I suppose Dean must not be there anymore because he was consistently awesome. I’m taking Mavis off my list of shops for the four vehicles in my household.

Michelle and David are great individuals! From the moment I called in with my car problem, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and got my car back to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy place for repairs or maintenance!
