Went in today to have them check my balance on my tires. Took 20 minutes or so and the fronts were off a bit . No charge! Wow! I've been going there for years, never have they disappointed me. Please give them a try! Good people!

I had to last minute schedule install before doing a cross country trip through a winter storm. Michelle, the assistant manager, was able to get me in and install all 4 tires in just 2 hours from my phone call. I wasn’t sure what all was done on my vehicle but the technician David, let me know there were spacers that I wasn’t aware were installed. He offered to remove them if I’d like, and verify if the tire would rub without it first. After that I okayed the removal of all the spacers, got my tires installed, and was a happy customer. Michelle was fantastic with scheduling and getting me a good price as a new customer. I’ll be coming to Mavis for all future tire purchases

I recently had my car serviced at the Mavis Tires on N Woodrow St and was extremely impressed with the service. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained the necessary repairs, provided an honest estimate, and completed the work on time. I was pleased by the thoroughness in inspecting my vehicle, their willingness to answer all my questions, and the waiting area being very clean. I highly recommend Mavis Tires on N Woodrow St.

Walked in with a brake problem along with other problems. The staff is awesome and very nice. The store manager Rob was... something I haven't seen in a while...he had great manners, great work ethics and great customer service. Anyone needing brake and tires done on their cars should come here and get great service. A solid 5 star.
