This is a pretty good facility with nice highly efficient and modern technology along with lots of space and it seemed pretty organized. LOVE Dr.Patel!!! I love his energy and his professionalism. I also loved to see so many young people working there. The only thing that bothered me was when it was time for my cleaning the young lady was very sweet and professional but it felt rushed through and less efficient. I wish she had taken her time and been more accurate with the cleaning, my mouth/teeth was hurting for 2 days. Water was everywhere on me during the spray and the overall teeth polishing portion wasn’t pleasant. She could be a little more gentle and take her time. Other than that it was a good experience.

My experience is 2 part. My experience with the hygienist Sara was great for the teeth whitening sessions. She was very thorough and walked me through each step of the way. She was also very helpful in assembling my goodie bag for after care 5/5 stars for Sara.
Now the second part of my appointment was the complete opposite. The fill in of my tooth with Dr. Patel felt very rushed and like the staff was unprepared for the appointment. I remember him specifically asking for A1 composite and being told it was only A2 available. My biggest concern was the color matching to the rest of my teeth. I truly feel unsatisfied with the repair to my front tooth that I paid $195 in full (pre paid) and still not being satisfied with the repair. And aside from color matching the actual craftsmanship isn’t the best as I can see the composite is not smooth and fully polished on MY FRONT TOOTH. And I remember laying there gagging off water and my own saliva having to ask this specific hygienist (not Sara) for the suction so I could breathe. Overall I felt during the procedure it could have been explained to me thoroughly what products would be used, what would give me the best results, if a specific shade wasn’t available that would have given me a better result I would have elected not to have it done, had it been explained and I been allowed to see the process each step of the way. Overall the second half of the appointment I rate a 0/5 and for that reason I’d never come to this office again. I honestly feel like I threw $195 down the drain, because I’m not happy with the work I received, and after receiving subpar work to be told “this is as white as I could get it” when it’s several shades darker than my other teeth and hearing specific shades were not available prior to the appointment, why even proceed. Especially when I also booked an whitening appointment with this office, so obviously the goal was to have white teeth. I will now be in search of another dentist to correct this terrible waste of money from today.
If you value a dentist who takes time to explain procedures, products, outcomes, not rush, this is not the place for you. As a health care professional, when I am a patient I expect a certain level of planning, inclusion in the treatment process, and overall satisfaction from any provider. Especially when I was billed under “cosmetic” for this treatment and I am utterly disappointed with what I received to the point I don’t want to open my mouth.

I was a nervous wreck walking in and everyone at the front desk was so kind and supportive. Ray, Lexis, and Brittany were just so kind and welcoming!
Sara, my hygienist, helped me feel super comfortable and the cleaning was a breeze because of it. She is so knowledgeable and did a great job making an uncomfortable situation enjoyable. So glad I found this office!

Dr. Patel is not as professional as I thought. He canceled my appointment without his staff knowing or without calling me. I am not a well person, most days my legs hurt so badly I cannot walk. For me to struggle to get to my appointment, only to learn that it was canceled is very, very disappointing. SAVE YOURSELVES & go elsewhere people. Also, Dr. Patel did work on a tooth that was not bothering me, I wasn’t aware until the agony of pain started. Just not a good Dentist at all!! I will be reporting this behavior to my insurance company as well as the Better Business Bureau.!! This is by far the most unethical crap I’ve had to deal with, in dentistry. REMEMBER, you can report any dentist or doctor to your insurance company. No one deserves to be treated as poorly as I have been at Dr. Patel’s office. I’d rate this office -0 if possible!! Livid is an understatement to the way I feel.
