I must say that Dr. Ann was so welcoming and personable ❤️ She took great care of me. It all started with the ladies at the front desk who were so pleasant. Kaycha was awesome assisting Dr. Ann and they both were very gentle when working sensitive areas. They also have in-house financing and Asia was great getting the process done quickly. I sent messages to all my people.
I was back again with the same energy. Asia took care of when I walked in with a smile. Shay was gentle with the deep cleaning and being that I was already numb Dr Ann and Rose did a filling that looks natural!!! Great group of beautiful women helping you with your smile:)

If I could give zero stars, I would. DON'T go here. Shady and unethical practice.
They are dishonest with you, and most importantly will do unnecessary procedures that they KNOW insurance will not cover. They went over an estimate with me, and talked faster than an auctioneer, took a deposit from me before my Insurance even looked at it. I cancelled the appointment, they kept it.
Dr. Ann Thai is an obsequious sycophant. She's very good at sweet talking you, making you believe she's an honest, ethical professional. Don't fall for it. I'm sure it's a pattern with her.
They charged my spouse over a thousand dollars to extract a tooth. They took unnecessary x-rays so they could inflate the bill, in addition to knowing the procedure wasn't covered by insurance. His bill stated his out of pocket was over $400.00. TO EXTRACT A TOOTH! Absolutely shameful, to take advantage of people this way. We will be filing a report to the ADA. STAY AWAY!!

I recently had an experience with Clemson Modern Dentistry , and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. While the dental care provided by the dentist was commendable, my interaction with the billing staff and financial team was nothing short of a complete mess.
Expect to encounter a bewildering run-around and misinformation when dealing with the billing department. Attempts to reach them by phone proved futile, as calls often go unanswered, leaving you with a sense of frustration and wasted time. Adding to the disappointment, the deceptive practice of having a third party answer calls, claiming to be the dental office, only adds to the confusion, as they lack knowledge about your account, bills, or specific needs.
My appointment experience further highlighted the disorganization. After scheduling an appointment, I was informed that I couldn't receive any dental work until I underwent a root canal. To my surprise, I was then directed to go to Lexington, SC, for the root canal procedure and advised to reschedule my main appointment. This lack of clarity and coordination was both inconvenient and irritating.
In summary, if you are seeking a dental office for your needs, I strongly advise against choosing Clemson Modern Dentistry . The frustrating communication, lack of phone accessibility, and disorganization within the billing and appointment scheduling processes make for an unpleasant experience. Save yourself the trouble and explore alternative dental care options to avoid the challenges I encountered. I sincerely hope that others do not have to endure such an exasperating experience.

Fast, fair, and friendly staff. Love their use of the latest technology and how they explain everything to you. The office is comfortable and easy to get to. I’ll keep coming here till I have no teeth to clean 😂.

I was new to the area and noticed the reviews, so I made an appointment. Today was our first visit, and the three receptionist, Zharia (x-ray) and Dr. Ann, was super nice and friendly!! The hygienist was out. However, the office didn't reschedule us; instead, Dr. Ann did our cleanings. During my 20 years of getting cleanings, I've never witnessed a Dr. stepping up to do them instead. I recommend this place.
