Kate and Jack were great to work with. They were both very knowledgeable, personable and professional. I am very pleased with my Silverado just as I was 6 years ago when I purchased an F-150 from CarMax. My experience was great from test drive to signing documents with the business office person.

CarMax, used to have excellent salesperson. I started the process of purchasing a new car a few weeks ago. I found the car I wanted online and had it shipped to the local store.
I met with a salesperson at the store but after that most communication was through text over 95% of the time, and I experienced several errors in communication to get my documents needed to complete my financing. However, when it was time to pick up the car, the salesperson was in store and ready. The process just was so much longer than it needed to be considering I had found the car and had financing.

Had the best experience. Latisha "Tee" White was my sales consultant - she was awesome. Professional polite courteous-- just great. Took a Honda for a 24 hour test drive, found some issues and didn't buy it. What a great program -- 24 hours to test drive before you drive.

My experience was good. As far as the quote to buy my car it was accurate I got what I was quoted. When they say you leave cash in hand that's not really true. They give you a deposit only check you can't cash it, and your bank holds it up to 9 days. I still haven't seen the money available yet. Other than that and the long wait and having to go up there two days in a row, it was a good experience.
