Broad River has the best team! I had a chipped tooth and they got me in the same day. Did a fabulous job and Tanya even watched and played with my 19 month old daughter the whole time! I highly recommend them. They are fabulous and take care of their patients and their families!

I've had so many bad dental experiences in the past that I have been very nervous about dental care and avoided treatment for too long. Every single person that I have had contact with in this office is just wonderful. They are all so kind and caring. Dr Orman is wonderfully gentle and understanding. I didn't think I could feel comfortable in a dental chair ever again, but Dr. Orman and all of the staff put me at ease and I was comfortable and pain free the whole time. I highly recommend them.

I am going to have a serious talk with them about billing. I left today and paid a supposed balance for my wife, and the itemized bill showed my name only and i didn't owe anything from past visits. I checked the insurance EOB for that visit for my wife for that specified date and it showed $0 owed. Either we are getting balanced billed (which is illegal if you are in network) or whoever is managing the billing needs retrained or replaced.

I can't wait to go back to the dentist. Wait, what?! Dr. Orman and everyone at Broad River Dentistry are top-notch at everything they do, from high tech to "high touch." From my online booking experience to the minute I walked in the door to sitting in the dentist chair, everyone put me at ease and gave me the best dentistry experience of my life. They strive to treat you like family and they certainly succeed. I left with a nice smile and reassurance that I had chosen the right place to go. They also offer a very helpful in-house yearly insurance plan and a generous referral "reward" for recommending them. Yes... I can't wait to go back to my dentistry family. 😁

The team from beginning to end was perfection. Everyone took their time and ensured I was comfortable and felt safe. I have a major fear of going to dentist and they were great at making sure I left feeling confident.
