There are a familiar face now in the helm of The War Mouth area restaurant in Columbia’s Cottontown neighborhood. In the last few weeks, Harold Pendleton took over as the professional chef for the laidback The southern part of restaurant just off Columbia’s North Main Street, carrying out a nearly seven-year tenure through former chef Rhett Elliott. “Chef Harold has been placing out great food around for a while now, so it’s already been awesome to watch him develop as a chef, ” mentioned Porter Barron, the restaurant’s owner. And to have those menus items done justice,… I believed that was meaningful. “With Pendleton’s promotion to executive cocinero, Barron said he expectations to bring back lunch towards the restaurant’s offering in the arriving months but didn’t stipulate when lunch would be back again.
