Columbia residents concerned about losing background with new development

C. — A developer is trying to add 31 new flats in the Kilbourne neighborhood associated with Columbia, but there are problems about what it may bring to the city – and what it could remove. Dangerous traffic, parking problems, and overpopulation are a some of the concerns listed on flyers posted on Overbrook Generate. Jeffrey Scott is the pastor at Calvary Baptist Chapel and is among those with problems. “The infrastructure for the drinking water system won’t hold this.
