Southern Carolina-based brewery and taproom Steel Hands Brewing extended into North Carolina, with a great opening weekend on Might 21, owners announced within an Instagram post. The brewery and taproom, which opened up in Cayce in December 2018, announced the expansion in order to Greensboro, N. C. within October of last year. Within an earlier interview with Free of charge Times, Lambert said that being a regional brand was the best goal for the brewery, with all the group already starting to deliver into Georgia. The brand name has become a Columbia-area favorite, along with canned products on racks around the area and ale on tap lists throughout the city’s restaurants. Its Cayce location sits not too much from other breweries and biergartens like Savage Craft Making Company and WECO Container and Biergarten. It’s a place that has seen explosive development in the brewing scene within the last few years, between the three companies. The Greensboro location is simply under three hours through Columbia and located close to the Greensboro Coliseum Complex.
