Southern Carolina-based brewery and taproom Steel Hands Brewing extended into North Carolina, with a great opening weekend on Might 21, owners announced within an Instagram post. The brand name has become a Columbia-area favorite, along with canned products on racks around the area and ale on tap lists throughout the city’s restaurants. It’s a place that has seen explosive development in the brewing scene within the last few years, between the three companies. The Greensboro location is simply under three hours through Columbia and located close to the Greensboro Coliseum Complex.
