Like a kid, Timothy Abney, Junior. grew up helping out in the dad’s restaurant, a family-run seafood restaurant that managed in both Columbia, and later on in Orangeburg, before Timothy Abney, Sr. retired through the industry. Now Abney, Junior., now in his forties, can open his own family-run sea food place, less than a mile through where his dad’s place once sat. “I basically learned the business from your pet.
