Riley Holcomb is turning fourteen years old in June 2022. BATESBURG-LEESVILLE, S. C. — One little girl in Lexington county is feeling a lot of love from the girl community just in time on her birthday. Riley Holcomb is definitely turning 14 years old within June and is dreaming of the magical, fancy tea celebration with dresses, gloves, green tea cakes, the whole nine back yards. She lives in Batesburg-Leesville along with her family. “She provides 1q21. 1 micro misconception, which is a rare genetic problem. It presents as autism, ” Mandi Johnson, Riley’s mother said. Mandi desires to make her daughter’s birthday celebration tea party next month the celebration to remember, so the girl posted on Facebook regarding suggestions. “She wants almost everything fancy and frilly plus sparkly and just big plus her personality is large, so I really want to make the girl party come to life for her, the girl deserves it, ” Manley said. The community is hearing. Places like Faithful Café and Hartley House have offered huge discounts or even a free room for the party. “We’ve already been trying to think of ways that we are able to give back and get more assistance and more involvement in the community on the local level and so whenever we saw this we were such as wow, this is a perfect chance to work with a family from Batesburg-Leesville, ” said Crystal Mustard, Hartley House venue movie director. The heart of the town will be shining through the birthday fanfare. “We have a two-year-old child and I guess when I saw the girl post I just got to considering as a parent there’s nothing that you simply wouldn’t do for your kid. We just figured whenever we have something that could make just a little girl’s dream come true, why not provide it, ” Mustard mentioned. The family hasn’t chosen the venue yet, but could possibly be deciding soon.
