Dr. Haile has such a gentle touch and soothing tone it makes your visit less stressful. Almost painless tooth extraction. The best dental experience I've ever had.

This place was super professional. From the front desk, to the assistants, hygienist and the doctor himself. Everyone took care of my daughter and I. The staff fosters a friendly and safe environment. I have been looking for a family dental office since moving to SC and I think this place will do us just fine. Thank you all for what you do!

The lady that works the front desk, Either does not know how to run insurance or doesn't believe I have dental insurance because I'm black. I have been seen at this location a total of four times. I have never had an issue with my insurance. Morning of I showed up for my confirmed appointment. She told me my insurance could not be verified. Gave her my information again , it was exactly what they had on file, (she moved very slow and very nonchalant like ) somebody else verified it for her. I was then told because they hadn't verified it early enough that there was no time to do my cleaning before the next customer comes in. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Fantastic staff and dentist. Everyone worked as a team, was patient focused, helpful and genuine. Dr Haile is a gentle, knowledgeable and skilled dentist. Highly recommend.

Took forever to get a first appointment, but was so happy when i did! Teda was the most knowledgeable dental hygienist! She took the time to ask me questions about my routine and gave me some great advice. She’s also thorough while still being gentle and is the sweetest! Dr. Haile is soft spoken, explains everything fully, answers questions patiently and makes sure you’re not in any pain or discomfort. He doesn’t rush you and makes sure that you are comfortable with the treatment plan. Sydney assisted Dr. Haile, and they worked so well together- Sydney anticipating and explaining while Dr. Haile worked and she explained what she was doing every step of the way. I love this team and have finally found a dental practice i love!
