Very clean offices and waiting area. We were about twenty minutes late. Still, the receptionist was friendly and professional. Hygienist was prompt, personable and very skilled in her craft. Dentist was most knowledgeable in determining current and future concerns. He was very helpful by taking the time to ensure I understood what would be done and why it needed to be done. When it was time to go, another front desk associate laid out procedures, scheduling and payments up front and was very courteous. No guessing game about costs here. So relieved that we found the best place. Looking forward to treatment to prevent further damage to a few teeth and my spouse has a big deal going on in steps and it was all explained clearly a second time so that I understood what he is having done as well. After just one visit, I highly recommend these professionals. The dentist has a great personality as well. It truly goes a long way.

My first time coming here I honestly didn’t know if I wanted to come back. I had an appt over lunch time, the hygienist (that I later found out was like a floater one) stayed behind me for roughly 30 minutes doing nothing but be on her phone and I had to return to work right after. It was quite awkward and being my first impression, it wasn’t a good one. But, I decided to give it another chance and I am so happy I did! I have had Shea as my hygienist since then and she is lovely! She is thorough and kind and so friendly. She remembers me every time I come in. The doctor is very kind too. I’ve enjoyed coming here and glad I gave it another chance. :)

I've been a patient of White Knoll Compressive Dentistry for several years. It was by Happen stance that I came into this office. I was new to the area and had asked several people for a Dentist recommendation and to no avail. So as fate has it I decided to just go to this office and I'm very thankful and grateful that I did.This is where my journey began. My teeth had issues that I wasn't aware of until Dr. Egerton Maitland discovered problems etc. We went on a restoration phase that took time and patience . The outcome was priceless. My teeth look better than I ever expected.
Dr. Maitland in my opinion is a man of his word. If he says he can do something restoratively then believe him. I have much respect for his opinion.
Anyway my recent visit for cleaning was good as Shea is a very skilled hygienist. She's a delightful person as well. So I'd recommend White Knoll Dentistry to anyone looking for a group of honest, kind and skilled professionals.

It was an emergency and office took me in today as work in. Dr.Downing did great job with my situation. Excellent service and always there for you if anyway possible. Thanks again White Knoll Dentistry I'm doing much better!

I had my teeth cleaned by Shay and she was patient in answering all my questions. She was welcoming and did a thorough job cleaning my teeth.
Dr. Maitland did a yearly exam and even checked my mouth and throat for cancer. Great office staff, clean and they did a good job. I will definitely go back!
