I arrived at 7:50am for my confirmed 8am appointment only to see a sign on the door that they open at 8:30am. I called their number and received the answer service that took my information and said they'd let them know I was here. Mind you I received a phone call two days before to confirm my 8am appointment. These appointments are made 6 months in advance so they would have had plenty of time to inform me of their office hour change. No apology given just a statement that "we changed our hours and have not had 8am appts in months". This is the second time I've had a mishap with an appt that was scheduled months in advance. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes to over an hour before being seen. This is outrageous to me. The staff is friendly and they do a good job, but I have never been seen at the time I am scheduled. Do better or call people and let them know you are running an hour or more behind.

Dr. Blank was great. He was thorough, explained everything well, and did a great job. Sara was absolutely magnificent! She was kind and funny. She helped me relax in a stressful situation. 10 out of 10 will definitely be back!

Cleanings are fine here. Went many times over 3 years. Dental work on the other hand, I could give this a 0 stars I would. I asked for a 28 year old filling to be replaced. They sat me in my seat and put the dental block in my mouth. 10 minutes went by and the assistance started to get antsy and was asking other Dentists if they could take over. They could not. Another five minutes rolls around and Doctor Daily started working on my mouth without introducing herself, and without speaking to me. At the end of my procedure only 25% of that filling was replaced and I was appalled. I was upset and let her know that I wanted the entirety of it replaced fast-forward a year and a half and I’ve had pain every single day since then. I called today to see if I could see another doctor and the receptionist (Morina) told me that I had to see the same dentist again Or insurance would not cover it. After she became short with me, I asked to speak to the manager and she said the manager will not be there for another 3 hours today. I asked for the manager‘s last name and she refused to give it to me. I took my children off the books. We will never be coming back.

Sara my hygienist was the sweetest and she really got to know me and made sure I was comfortable & Dr. blank was very funny and nice to talk to. It was a great experience.
