COLUMBIA, S. C. — A vacation to Charleston this past 7 days brought a change of surroundings for Richland County frontrunners and, with it, a plan to enhance issues at facilities such as the Department of Social Providers and Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center. Other goals the region is looking to achieve this season include a portal to keep track associated with county projects, establishing the grant system, and comprehending the changing demographic in the region.
