C. — Lexington Police are requesting the public’s help to look for a missing teen last observed Tuesday afternoon. Police state 16-year-old Caroline Vincent had been last seen Tuesday mid-day on Church Street, exactly where she ran away from the automobile she was riding in. Vincent has pink hair plus was last seen within the Substation II shirt along with brown pants.
