Sheriff: Orangeburg County man utilized gasoline-filled water bottle internal fire

Deputies say the suspect implemented one of the victims to her house from a nearby store. LEXINGTON, S. C. — A good Orangeburg County man is usually accused of using a drinking water bottle filled with gasoline to create fire to a Pelion house on Saturday, according to the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department. Tracy Lynn Stogner, 56, will be charged with five matters of attempted murder, second-degree arson, stalking, and using the destructive device, according to detain warrants. “Based on proof deputies documented at the picture and witness interviews, Stogner lit and tossed the water bottle containing gas through a window into a house on Pelion Road earlier Saturday morning, ” Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon said. “Stogner started a fireplace and it resulted in significant residence damage to the home. ”Stogner, the resident of Springfield, adopted one of the victims to her house from a nearby store, based on Koon.
